A Unique Idea, With Ice

This month's theme is UNIQUENESS so here's something we thought worked quite well with our little one.

It has been particularly cold the last couple of days and, as such, we ended up with a frozen puddle left in our tuff tray one morning recently. Even better, some leaves had blown into the water before it froze so we captured a little bit of nature too. All of this was purely by luck but it would be very easy for anyone to replicate. Just get a tray, lob in some water and some leaves and leave it overnight. Done!

My wife creatively thought about/stole an idea about painting the ice. Not only do I think this clarifies as a unique activity in itself (it does!) but it also creates some unique patterns that little ones love. Have a look at the photos below and see what we got up to.
