We Thought We'd Share Some Ideas
It's December and our theme for the month is sharing. As well as our Pinterest Board, our activity sheet (for all of our subscribers), the cookie cutters (again, for our lucky subscribers) and the other sharing books, here are some other little suggestions for those rainy days.

Anything related to cooking gives simple opportunities for sharing. You get to share responsibilities, ingredients and food! This was an easy idea from the amazing Play Hooray. Simply, get some chocolate digestives, melt some white chocolate, squeeze on some icing and 'Hey Presto' (our daughter likes to say) you have some biscuits that look like Christmas puddings.
Needless to say, Esme's biscuits weren't quite so precise...

The next thing that allowed Esme to explore sharing came from a spontaneous rendition of Wheels on the Bus. That Classic.
We started singing it as usual but then we brought her teddies in to act it out.
So after we had most of them laid out in our lounge and we were getting the toys to share their seats with others. A great opportunity for Daddy to get carried away with voices.
You can see a little video of her almost sharing on our Facebook page.

There are plenty of occasions that we talked about sharing with our daughter but we don't like taking photos at every possible opportunity. That being said, I thought this was pretty cute. I valiantly shared my shaving foam so that she could wash off a massive smiley face in the bath.

In reality, there are so many opportunities to share. See how many times you can say that word in an hour. Although very little ones don't always do it very well, being around people saying it and doing it themselves should still benefit them.
Finally, as you can probably expect, the BEST thing to SHARE is a book! The Happy Book Club provide beautiful books and activities every month so you can share stories and moments with ease!
